[Answer] Yes, if user want to execute BII flow to integrate all controller, user should turn on “integrator_mode”. In BII flow, EZ-BIST tool will integrate all controller pins into a single INTEG module. And then only output a set of pins, such as IEEE 1149.1 or 1149.7, to communicate with Testing machine.
