From revision 1.0.32, BIST reset becomes an individual port. If designers prefer to keep the previous circuit design architecture, connect BIST reset (RSTN) port and Interface reset (TRST) port to the same node by hookup function.

EZ-BIST tool from revision 1.0.32, the reset circuit design has a little modification. Previous reset design, the BIST reset port is connected to Interface reset port and integrated into one node.
