iSTART Repair Flow

Following steps show iSTART repair flow,

1. System Bootup Ready : load eFuse repair information into MBUFF and shift MBUFF into repair information register (TRA module)
2. Bootup Config. Done : check cfg_done signal (1: is done: 0: still in scan)
3. bist_testing : MBIST test
4. bist_testing : Repairing and Re-testing
5. update_bisrbuff : Update bisrbuff(MBUFF) with new repair register(TRA module)
6. bist_testing : Re-testing For Verify
7. update_nvm : Program configuration data(repair information) into external storage
8. read_nvm : Load configuration data(repair information) from external storage
9. read_bisrbuff : Shift configuration data(repair information) from MBUFF into repair register(TRA module)
10. bist_testing:Re-testing and Verify.
