iSTART repairing architecture
iSTART repairing architecture
Following block diagram shows iSTART Hard repairing architecture. Without red block, it is Soft repairing architecture. In Soft repair. It does not have NVM storage to store memory error information. So system should do memory BIST testing while system boot-up to detect memory error and execute soft reapiring.
