[Question] How to get diagnosis data and analysis?
[Answer] After enable diagnosis function. iSTART diagnosis data will output from TDO port to ATE equipment. Customer can collect TDO data after capture_DIAG_DR and then analysis the output data.
iSTART also provide a PC tool for customer analyzing the diagnosis content. To use PC’s diagnosis tool, in BFL stage, user should assign “diagnosis_width_info” to yes. During ATE teting, testing engineer can collect the TDO output and save as *.diagdata file. Using diagnosis tool to read *.diagdata, user can see the diagnosis data as following figure.
