[Question] What is Parameterized Clock Frequency in iSTART NVM BIST/BISR platform
[Answer] According to customers’ various input clock frequencies requirement on the SoC design. Designer just need assign period into parameter “clock_cycle”. Then iSTART’s NVM BIST/BISR Platform can quickly generate the parameterized clock. And test engineers can get various optimized parameters according to various ATE supported condition.
Following picture shows the clock_cycle assignment in iSTART NVM platform.
