Adjustable NVM test items

[Question] Customer may have different test requirements in NVM testing. For example, in the project initial stage, it needs fully testing. Sometimes, we just need partial testing for verify some issues.
How to configure NVM test items according to customers’ testing requirement?

iSTART NVM testing solution is a configurable platform. Customer can configure the testing items according to their own testing requirement. For example, following are the supported configurable test items:
1. Fully customized test items
2. Part of the test items (Options)
3. eFlash test algorithm: March FT
