How much area will be added, if use iSTART MBIST

ISTART MBIST uses hardware sharing architecture. So, it will add less circuit and the proportion of MBIST area will drop rapidly while the memory exceeds 4 instances. The proportion of MBIST does not increase with the amount of memory.
From following statistics, compare to memory area, if memory exceed 4 instances, the proportion of MBIST stays on around 4%
